Threads of Resilience: A Winter Wellness Experience

This is a supportive creative workshop that uses weaving as both a process and a metaphor for integrating life’s experiences through the winter season. Participants will engage in a gentle creative warm-up, narrative and intuitive weaving, collaborative discussion, and a grounding closing ritual. Guided by Jessica Rodriguez- a clinically trained art therapist, addiction specialist, and educator- this experience provides a safe and uplifting space to explore coping skills for grief, stress, and seasonal challenges. Each participant will also receive take-home regulation tools to continue nurturing resilience beyond the workshop. No art experience needed.
